Increase consumption taxes, decrease payroll taxes

Higher consumption taxes on raw materials from oil to metals to plastics to wood etc. would give a greater incentive to recycle more and to use less raw materials. This tax increase should be offset by a payroll tax decrease, which would laso favor repair and reuse over using new.

Stop Littering

I think that we should stop littering because before you know it you'll be living in your own trash and be forced to evolve.

Clean it up!

I think we should burn less waste and reduce the amount of trash. By making food containers recylable and stop burning trash. This will help reduce waste and polution!

RECYCLE

I think that we should create more recyclig centers and make recylcing more accesible. We could

have more hours and more workable hours. Maybe there could be a reward for recycling. Schools,

could have contests and reward for recylcing to get the future adults hooked on recycling.

Cats Indoors

People who love their cats should keep them indoors, where they can be kept safe and won't be raiding the nests of dooryard birds. If allowed to run loose, cats are subject to catching parasitic infections and other diseases from the rest of the neighborhood's cats and at risk of being run over by vehicles.

Brushing Teeth: Turn it OFF!

When you're brushing your teeth, turn off the water. Yes we understand that you need to rinse and spit, but its better for everyone if you just fill a cup halfway and rinse and spit with that. You're wasting water that is seriously needed for the rest of the world.

Old Buildings

Tear down old ran down buindings that are not in use and build there instead of clearing new land to build. They are all over downtown Pine Bluff.
